While we can't get Mont D'or in Australia as it's only made with unpasteurised milk, we are thrilled to have Cremeux du Jura in stock.
Our supplier of 36Months Comte, Badoz is also a producer of Mont d Or AOP. They have crafted Cremeux du Jura for us leaving abroad, to be able to enjoy the pleasure of delicious baked cheese.
To be baked traditionally in its box with white wine, a clove of garlic and rosemary.
