Northern Beaches Council had a chat some weeks ago with Aurore regarding covid19 and its impact on local shops and farmers markets and how Cheese on Wheels created The Market Drop website during the April shutdown.

We had a chat with Narelda from Studio 10 at the Balgowlah shop about all things cheese and made Narelda our popular cheese toastie with Comté, Emmental and Swiss Gruyère.

Cheese Monger Aurore Ghigo competed in the International Best Cheesemonger Competition in June 2019 and represented Australia. She competed amongst carefully selected top cheese mongers from across the world.

Aurore now ranks in the top 10 best cheesemongers in the world, a great achievement for her first submission and entry at the competition while some contestants can wait years to be selected. Read full Bio here.
