Handcrafted from their flock of Ewe, we have been closely working with Michael & Cressida since 2011. Bloomy is white mould cheese gently ashed. Soft and gooey under the rind, with a chalky but light heart displaying sweet and sour cream flavour from the ewe's milk. Bloomy is a seasonal cheese that changes throughout the year.
